Carmen has BIGGEST heart and an obsession with tennis balls. If you throw the ball, she’ll be your best friend forever. She would do absolutely anything for a game of fetch and would love a home where she can run, play, and soak up all the love.

 

This sweet girl was found by the police in East Stroudsburg and heartbreakingly ended up at a shelter where she was at risk of euthanasia Despite her past, Carmen has remained incredibly loving, affectionate, and loyal.

 

Carmen would do best as the only dog in the home  so she can have all the attention to herself. She also seems to thrive most in a female-dominant home  where she feels safe and comfortable.

 

Behind her strong exterior is truly one of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet.  She deserves a family willing to give her the second chance she’s been waiting for 

Daisy is a beautiful female German Shepherd mix with a goofy personality  and a heart full of loyalty. Once she loves you, she LOVES you forever. She’s the kind of dog that wants to be right by your side through everything — errands, adventures, car rides, you name it 

 

This sweet girl absolutely adores kids and loves being included in the fun. Daisy has even attended multiple Mighty Pawz events including the Halloween event in North Whitehall  where she got to show off her social, loving personality.

 

Daisy would do best as the only pet in the home meaning no cats and no other dogs. She truly shines when she can have all of her person’s love and attention to herself.

 

Her story is especially heartbreaking, Daisy’s owner suffered a heart attack and could no longer care for her. This was nobody’s fault, and Daisy is simply looking for a fresh start with someone willing to love her as deeply as she’ll love them

Stitch was found roaming Monroe County all alone. Despite his rough start, this handsome boy has so much potential with the right person by his side.

 

Stitch is looking for a VERY specific, experienced handler. Someone patient, confident, and willing to give him the structure and training he truly needs to succeed. He’s a strong, intelligent dog who will thrive with consistency, boundaries, and someone committed to helping him become the best version of himself 

 

Because of his needs, Stitch must be the only pet in the home and would do best in a home without small children. He needs an environment where he can feel secure, understood, and properly guided.

Bruce has the kind of personality that instantly makes you smile. He is pure joy on four legs — especially when the zoomies hit… and trust us, they HIT! He runs like a little pterodactyl and turns every yard into his personal playground 

 

This sweet boy was found as a Stroudsburg stray and sadly never claimed  but he hasn’t let that dim his spirit one bit. Bruce is incredibly loving, affectionate, and truly a cuddle buddy at heart  When the energy settles, he’s all about leaning in for pets, snuggles, and being close to his person 

 

Bruce LOVES to play  and would do absolutely anything for a ball — fetch is life for him! He’s also a total people-pleaser and thrives on attention, praise, and affection

Ryker has the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet companionship. He’s friendly, loving, and enjoys being around people — especially kids 

 

This handsome boy previously attended Mighty Pawz Doggy Daycare where he got to show off his fun personality and social side. Ryker loves to play, be included in the action, and spend time with his humans 

 

Sadly, Ryker’s owner passed away and through no fault of his own, he is now searching for a new family to love. Despite such a heartbreaking change, Ryker continues to be a sweet, resilient boy with so much love left to give.

 

Ryker is dog selective meaning he may do well with certain dogs depending on the match and proper introductions. But with people, He’s affectionate, loyal, and ready to be someone’s best friend all over again.

Gucci comes BIG personality and absolutely no idea how big he is  He’s the definition of "a bull in the china shop” — clumsy, silly, chaotic, and impossible not to laugh at. 

 

This handsome guy is a total opportunist  If there’s food nearby, an open door, or a chance to get into some harmless trouble, Gucci is probably already thinking about it. But underneath all the bulldog chaos is a dog who truly just wants love, attention, and someone willing to guide him.

 

Sadly, Gucci spent much of the first few years of his life crated  Because of that, he’s still learning structure, manners, and how to properly navigate the world around him. He would really benefit from patience, consistency, and continued training .

 

Gucci needs to be the only pet in the home  and would do best in a home without small children. He needs an environment where he can feel secure and continue learning at his own pace.

 

He may be a little rough around the edges, but Gucci is full of personality, laughs, and potential The right person will see that behind all the bulldog antics is a dog who deserves a real chance at a happy life.
